Refund policy

At Modayah, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

However, we understand that rare issues can occur during delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage within your email.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email our customer support at Modayah_@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage

We will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days with next steps.

Additional Notes

  • Exchanges are only approved for items with clear signs of damage during transit.

  • We do not accept exchanges for reasons related to sizing, preference, or wear and tear after delivery.

  • Modayah reserves the right to decline an exchange if the policy conditions are not met.
