Refund policy
At Modayah, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
However, we understand that rare issues can occur during delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage within your email.

We will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days with next steps.

Exchanges are only approved for items with clear signs of damage during transit.

We do not accept exchanges for reasons related to sizing, preference, or wear and tear after delivery.
